Richard Stephens
Richard has over 25 years of driving experience and is a RoSPA Gold Advanced Driver - the highest civilian driving standard available.
Much of his career has been spent at arguably the UK’s most prestigous coach operator. Due to the retirement of the family, the progression from General Manager at Peter Carol to founder of Chauffeur Elite seemed a natural one.
